š„ Desktop Actions & Dashboard Command Center
Welcome to your command dashboard! This is where the magic happens. Let's look at how you can log points, organize your life categories, configure your start-of-week settings, and customize your habits.
1. ā” Tap to Score & Claim Points
Crush your daily tasks with a satisfying click! Simply hit the green points badge on the right side of any action card (e.g. +10 P) to log your achievement instantly. You'll see a bright green animation float up to celebrate your progress as your daily, weekly, monthly, and annual progress bars instantly fill up!
2. š Dynamic Categories & Grid Filters
Organize your life categories (like 'Exercises', 'Work', 'Finance') by clicking the sleek horizontal tab filters at the top of your dashboard. The active category lights up with a bright yellow border. You can reorder these filters in the Action Editor to build your perfect layout.
3. šļø Calibrating Your Week-Start Calculations
Inside the 'Daily Target to Meet Your Weekly Goal' dashboard block, click the gear icon to customize your cycle. Choose a 5-day or 7-day work week and set your starting day (e.g. Monday). The system calculates exactly how many points you need to average daily based on remaining days left in the week, keeping you focused and in control!
4. š The Logged Count Indicator (Number Circles)
Notice the small colored circle with a number inside each action card? This displays the exact count of how many times you completed that action during the selected timeframe (Day, Week, Month, Year, or All). It dynamically shifts depending on the filter you have active at the top of your dashboard, allowing you to instantly audit your volume of work!
5. āļø The Art of Relative Point Weighting
Your tracker, your points! Point weights are relative to what you value most. If reading a book for 30 minutes or calling your mom is a bigger personal milestone than doing squats, make sure to award it higher points. Shape your point values around what truly counts for your growth.
6. š Exercise Baseline Point Metrics
Unsure how to weight your custom activities? Use our suggested exercise baseline: 10 squats = 10 points (base ratio), 10 push-ups = 12 points, and 10 pull-ups = 20 points. Calibrate the difficulty of any task against this simple baseline.
7. š« Avoidance Quests (Tracking Negative Habits)
You can track what you *avoid* just as easily as what you do! Create actions like 'Didn't Smoke Today' or 'No Junk Food' and award yourself points for staying strong. Build double the discipline by logging your victories of restraint!
8. ā° Optional Habit Schedules
Add Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Annual intervals to any action so you can filter your list by frequency. Need to focus only on today's tasks? Filter by 'Daily' to lock down your target actions!
9. š ļø Action Editor Walkthrough
Ready to expand your quests? 1. Click the neon 'Action Editor' link in the footer. 2. Create new categories. 3. Edit point values and descriptions inline. 4. Grab and drag the sandwich bar (ā°) on the left side of any action card to reorder them globally in the flat list, shifting their display order back on the main dashboard.
10. šØ Demerits & Negative Points
Hold yourself accountable for slipping up! You can assign negative point values (like -5) to actions such as 'Smoking' or 'Eating Junk Food'. Logging these demerits subtracts from your total score, forcing you to complete more positive tasks to make up the difference and meet your weekly goals. It's the ultimate accountability hack!
